This is an affordable 4 Wheel Polypropylene Cart I found in a Car Quest Auto Parts Store. I understand the cart can hold up to 300 lbs.

A similar cart from Northern Professional Equipment, 800-556-7885, retails for $54.99, plus TAX and SHIPPING. It is 21 pounds.

If you want the third tier tray, it is an extra $24.99, and is 9 pounds.

With the third tier tray, you will not be able to put the Waterloo Tool Box on the bottom shelf.

The cart comes what they call knocked down and there is a little assembly required.
