First, the process of Gold
Plating the Chrome scripts/emblems for vehicles is a simple process. To do it, you electro
chemically strip off the chrome, then you electro chemically activate the exposed nickel
and then you electro chemically deposit/bond the 24 karat gold to the exposed and
activated nickel. It is an old and well developed process.
In the mobile process, you do
the work with the scripts/emblems ON THE VEHICLE. This includes the types of CHROME ON
METAL script/emblems and CHROME ON PLASTIC script/emblems.
Second, the POWER SUPPLY to do
the ELECTRO part of the electro chemical operation is basically a fancy battery charger,
able to take in 110 volts AC and put out a regulated voltage DC. In the case of the plain
12 volt unit, take in 12 volts and regulate the out put.
In the MOBILE PROCESS, the
electricity flows through the wires and wands.
In the TANK PROCESS, the
electricity flows through wires to anodes and cathodes, which are electrodes.
Third, DIFFERENT CHEMICALS
plate different metals, using the same POWER SUPPLY, wires, wands and or electrodes.
