If you looked over the GOLD PLATING MANUAL PACKING LIST, you noticed a number of common items.

The ALLEN WRENCH is one of them. The Allen wrench is used so you can install and remove the 1/4 inch solid stainless steel electrode from the 1/2 in solid stainless steel plating pen. If you would accidentally drop the Allen wrench, We know you can replace it at an Auto Parts Store or a Hardware Store.

For us to send you a replacement Allen wrench it is not the money, it is the loss of time for you. It could take DAYS before the package with the replacement arrives. That could cost you lost income. The Allen wrench cost less than 50 cents.

Whenever possible, we encourage you to find local supplies. You can get them as you need them and probably pay less.
