How to go about this is
simple. You tell us what you need. The actual repair may take as little as a week. The
TIME IN TRANSIT can add up to WEEKS.
There are several ways to go
about this.
If you have a TWO WIRE SYSTEM
and need to get back to Gold Plating quickly, because this is your only Gold Plating
machine, we can ship you a replacement 30 AMP POWER SUPPLY. This will get you
going again. Today, a 30 amp power supply runs $185.
Then, you ship your non
operating unit back to us. We will work on it in sequence. That means first in first out.
We will give you an estimate of the cost to fix it and wait to hear from you on the
repair. Several people have told us that as long as we can keep the cost of repairs at or
under $100 we should go ahead. We will do what you want to do.
If you have a TWO WIRE SYSTEM
and DO NOT need to do Gold Plating with it now, because this is your BACK UP Gold Plating
machine, please ship the non operating unit to us. We will check it out, in turn, and
advise you of the repair costs before we fix anything.
If we are unable to fix it,
you always have the option of buying the 30 AMP Power Supply so you can continue
to Gold Plating with the rest of the supplies you already have. Today the
30 amp Power Supply runs $185.
If you have a FOUR WIRE
SYSTEM, and need to do Gold Plating now, because this is your only Gold Plating machine,
we will not be able to ship you just a Power Supply.
We do not inventory the 4 wire
power supplies. We can, however, offer to sell you one of our "off the shelf"
systems which will get you back to Gold Plating, quickly, if that is what you need to do.
Our TWO WIRE "off the
shelf" system usually comes with chemicals. However, since you already do Gold
Plating, and ALL CHEMICALS ARE 100% COMPATIBLE, you can use your own chemicals. So, we
would sell you a basic unit without chemicals. This will reduce your costs and get you
back into Gold Plating.
Then, you ship your non
operating unit back to us. We will work on it in sequence. That means first in first out.
